or by phone at (916) 653-1010 and indicate you have changed your mind and would like to request a full refund. Provide us with your name, address, and license plate number and State Parks will issue a refund.
Once the 7,500 applications have been received and the funds transferred to Department of Motor Vehicles, California State Parks will not be able to refund your money. However, you can request the Department of Motor Vehicles to convert your ParksPLATE back to a standard plate.
